Director of Marketing and Operations Board DirectorAlberto is an accomplished marketing and operations executive with decades of leadership experience in consulting, advertising, advisory board service, and nonprofit organizations. He has served in leadership roles with therapy dog organizations, bringing strategic expertise in organizational growth and community engagement, alongside years of experience in dog training and competition, plus work as a certified therapy dog handler.
Heidi Lobel
Executive Director Board ChairHeidi brings extensive leadership experience in business, nonprofit service, and therapy dog work. A former senior television advertising executive, Heidi has also served in leadership and board positions for numerous nonprofit organizations focused on child development, animal welfare, and therapy dog programs, combining her professional expertise with a longstanding commitment to community service. Heidi and her therapy dog Penny visit hospitals and schools.
Anne Jenks
Director of Finance Board Treasurer and SecretaryAnne has a distinguished background in finance, strategic development, and nonprofit governance. Her experience includes executive leadership in media revenue management, board service, and financial oversight. She provides strong fiscal stewardship and strategic guidance to support the organization’s mission.

Liz has a strong background in data analytics and media operations to Therapy Dog Brigade. A former Vice President of News Revenue and Inventory, she spent her career leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and organizational success. A lifelong dog and animal lover, Liz combines her passion for animals with her expertise in data management.
